The hotel is in a great location, easy walk to shops, restaurants etc. or very short drive. Apartment was well maintained and very comfortable. Hotel has great facilities for families.

The views were breath taking. The pools and BBQ area was A class. The apartment was very spacious as described, very nice and modern. My family where lucky enough to stay at Q1 for a great price, we couldn't have stayed there otherwise.

I love that I requested ocean views and a higher level and we received both. Stayed in a unit on the 26th floor, with the best ocean views I have ever seen. Check in was very quick and easy with very polite staff. Checking out was also very easy, nothing complicated and didn't have to wait around for anything. We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment with no extra cost. Going to the very top of Q1 is one of the most amazing things to do, the distance you can see is awesome. The accommodation was comfortable, modern, clean and so luxurious :). Best place to stay on the Gold Coast.

Being able to relax and soak up the views. Admiring the beautiful pools Q1 had to offer although it was a bit to cool for me to go swimming. The locality of Q1 was great as we would go for long walks along the beach or along the shopping strip.

The room set up and the view was the most exciting part about the Q1.

We stayed on the 18th floor out of about 70 floors. Even from here we saw whales playing in the deep and helicopters flying past the windows. Very well appointed with full kitchen and washing facilities. All the mod cons. We stayed for a week but it felt longer, a much needed totaling relaxing stay close to theme parks (bus) The lint filter in the dryer had not been cleaned so the dryer wouldn't start untill we found it and cleaned it. The washing machine had been switched off and the power point was hidden under a cupboard. That's it - otherwise GC tourism were more than helpful and organized our airport transfers, theme park transfer etc.

There is so much I could write here. The location, the unbelievable views of ocean as well as the city with its unique waterways, the quick smooth elevator ascent to the 41st floor where our apartment was located, the spacious, beautifully kept and equipped apartment with wonderful lounge and generously sized bedrooms, the location of the resort itself with everything you need round the corner, a convenience store right inside the resort that runs till midnight where you can get practically anything you want for your daily grocery needs and much more including DVDs ! Wonderful indoor pool and the spa that was an instant hit with the kids, all this we will remember for a long time to come. We had guests from the US and they were truly amazed ! As my wife said, the apartment with its fantastic views and location and beaty was " overwhelming " for the senses.

Our apartment was first class, spotlessly clean with all mod cons, amazing views, close to all amenities and 2 minutes from the beach.

All great amazing room views for miles & miles. We have stayed at most of the better hotels at Surfers Paradise but the Q1 takes the cake. This has been our best stay by far. We would recommend the Q1 to anyone. Very family friendly (love the pool). It does not get much better than this.

All good equipments to cook and wash, etc to take a good rest. very calm and safe system to get in and off. Be easy to approach from anywhere in Gold Coast.
