Was really pleased with the Sapphire. The resort is close to shops, restaurants, it is a nice walk to the city, not too far. Also was very clean and tidy - no complaints at all! Would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends and family.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean. Hotel is in a great location to shops.

The hotel was so central. It provided a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay. The staff were friendly and the service was efficient. We are looking forward to our next stay!

This place was so spotless and well-maintained, that we could have been its first occupants. One balcony overlooked beautiful parkland, the other opened out into the pool, to which only three units had access. The management thoughtfully contacted us en route to leave us instructions as we were arriving after their departure time- greatly appreciated. The underground car park was very secure- it was a lot like entering the Death Star in Star Wars, so we knew our car would be safe. And we couldn't believe the modest price for the location- right across the road from the beach. We'll definitely stay here again- it's a gem.

Nice, clean, modern rooms at reasonable prices and wonderful location. West End is right on your doorstep!

We loved the handy location of the Sapphire Resort, we just walked down to the South Bank and beyond. The staff we more than helpful, the room was clean and tidy and well appointed with everything we needed. The on site restaurant was a great bonus, and the food is delicious. We would stay at Sapphire Resort again and will recommend it to Family and Friends.

Wonderfully convenient to West End eateries, able to leave the car in free secure car park and walk wherever we needed to go, South Bank, QPAC, Museum etc.

We found it very pleasant, clean and comfortable. Very handy to buses and trains and to South Bank by the river where we loved to walk around daily. Also handy to many nice restaurants. Would consider staying there again. Staff friendly and helpful.
