Booking in was very easy considering we were late arriving and the instructions for us were easy to follow - even for very senior citizens. Room was clean and comfortable and the view was magnificent. Beds were comfortable and the hot water excellent. What more do we need. Parking facilities were excellent and the lift took us straight to our floor.

We were unlucky to have been there during the cyclone but being in Central Surfers with access to malls and easier shopping helped and we certainly made use of the spa and sauna and gym. Our apartment was nice and clean and no noisy neighbours.

Shops (Woolworths) are 2 mins walk and the beach is just cross the road. The living area and the main bedroom has the best view and the swimming pool it's fantastic. Reception ladies were always nice and helpful.

Centro Shopping Centre across the road for convenience of access to a supermarket. Close to all shops and cafes. Living/kitchen area was large and reasonably modern. Secure undercover parking was excellent.
