We arrived to a fantastic reception - very attentive and obliging. Unit was great and well worth the price.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained apartment was very clean, private, quiet and within 3 minutes walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rates were good considering the location and quality of the apartments.

The location was an easy 5 minute walk to Cavill Avenue. A bus stop was very close. The apartment was spacious, and the view of the canal was spectacular. Great welcoming service from Jess on arrival.

I liked the cost, the swimming pool, having facilities like washing machine, dishwaster in your own room, the location and friendly staff.

Comfortable, clean and tidy. Very easy access to everwhere. Could walk to Cavelle St to the shops. cafes, wharf to catch boats for trips around the canals etc. Manager of the property extremely helpful and knowledgeable of things to do, where to go and how to get there.

Friendly,helpful and welcoming apartment manager who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, and gave us good advice on what places to go and how to get there. Also the apartments are in a great location with short walk to shops and beach.

We always find our stay at Riverside to be relaxing and quite, the service from the time you arrive is informative and feels like you are a special guest. Handy to all locations
