The facilities were excellent and great restaurants were readily available, the pool was fantastic with the gym being adequate.

The Beach Club has excellent family friendly accommodation and facilities. the lagoon pool was enjoyed by the whole family. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Good privacy and noise is well controlled. Pool toys were enjoyed by our son.

The rain LOL. Seriously resort was beautiful. Very clean and tidy. Excellent pools. Accommodation of a high standard. Would return and would recommended to family and friends.

If there was no such thing as beautiful weather or a perfect beach at Palm Cove, then the Beach Club and Spa would probably still be the most relaxing holiday I have had since as far back as I can remember. The staff understand the true meaning of hospitality and provide the type of service that gives a person what they want without smothering the customer. This is the type of separation a person gets from a resort like facility as opposed to a hotel. To keep it simple, IT FEELS LIKE A HOLIDAY. There is no eagerness to do some sort of tiresome activity, but that doesn't mean to say there are no activities to do. My experience with Palm Cove, and Peppers Beach Club and Spa to be more precise, is that you can make it the holiday or getaway of your choosing. If you want relaxation then you barely even have to leave your room. If you want adventure then you don't have far to go either. The food has real taste and the atmosphere only adds flavour. It was our pleasure to stay.

From the moment we walked into the palatial reception we felt a special experience was ahead. The resort, though very modern, had a 'ye olde world' charm that almost felt like I was the mediterranean sometime last century. I loved the 'pool by the beach' idea. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and our accommodation had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable.

This place is just right for a relaxing beach holiday, the rooms were really nice and the pool is awesome! It has its own beach, so there is no need to go out to the often windy Palm Cove if you dont need too!
