We particularly liked overall appeal of the resort, pool, BBQ area, access to our room, amenities and position of property.

We loved the location of the Heritage! The big spa, the great lagoon pool and the great rooms! We had a view of the mountains and Macrossan Street - fantastic! The excellent service from the staff at Boutique Collection definitely would encourage us to use them again.

The fact that whilst being right in the centre of town and the hustle and bustle, when entering the resort one feels the peaceful environment of the resort.

The location was superb, out of the door and you were virtually in Macrossan Street, near the Supermarket and a short walk to 4-mile beach. This didn't make it noisy, as the apartment was extremely quiet - no traffic noise at all, and couldn't hear other guests apart from children in the pool when standing on our deck. It was not intrusive noise. We had a self-contained apartment, which meant that we could make our own meals and thus save a bit of money. The pool area is great. Loved the balmy weather, which meant lots of walks, even at 10pm as it was still warm.

From the moment we made our reservation we were given 5 star service.On arrival we were escorted to our room with all facilities fully explained. Our room was better than we had expected and the spa / swim out make you feel like a million dollars

Proximity to all eateries, beach,shops, Sunday market and even lookout! Best Ice cream shop up the Road!

Our room was in a great location and the private spa will be a must on our next holiday. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would recommend The Heritage for others looking for a great place to stay in Port Douglas.

We loved the room, spacious and convenient with all amenities. the pool and BBQ area were lovely and the location to the town center was fabulous. Couldn't have picked a better place.

The apartment was in the best position, overlooking Macrossan Street. It was very spacious and well equipped. A home away from home. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. No hesitation in going back, or recommending it to others.

Accessiblility to restaurants, activities, facilities. Beautiful garden setting and fabulous pool. Direct access to the pool and garden from unit. Semi-private' deck to the pool.
