Prompt service, parking is great for out of towners and the location is fantastic. Staff have a thorough knowledge of the area and public transport.

The hotel is handy to Lygon Street. Its located in an environment that feels safe to walk around at any time, and with access to lots of food choices. Nice parks nearby, close to the city and to my office in Parkville. Has everything I need and feels safe when travelling alone.

The location is adjacent to Lygon Street restaurants & shopping. Just a short walk to the trams, or to Brunswick Street, Fitzroy, or into the CBD. Suited our plans for a long weekend in Melbourne. The staff at reception were charming and were knowledgeable in giving directions & advice re Melbourne attractions.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very central location for us as we did not know Melbourne and were attending the Melbourne Museum which is very close by.

Room was clean and the staff were efficient and polite. The property is in a great location and is very quiet. For out of towners the parking is greatly appreciated and adds value to to experience
