Very close to the beach and within a five minute walk to Cavil Avenue, Surfers Paradise. Our 7 families had a wonderful stay. Thanks to management for presenting a neat and tidy unit complex.

Often you get a view only to find out it is the the best room/apartment available and not the one you are booking. Facilities were very good: grounds, pool and spa were beautifully maintained. The centrality of location to shops, beach etc was excellent. Manager was friendly and helpful.

The pool is slightly heated to take the chill off, very modern and clean BBQ facility in the pool area. Security is A+, key tag locks the front gate and hallway doors after 8pm. Very relaxing home away from home!

The parking was great and everything was very secure inside and out. Just a short walk from town and you were in the middle of great dining and entertainment, not to far from the beach either so basically you could walk to where you want without the hassle of traffic and parking.

The pool was very clean and refreshing to swim in each day. The location was close to Cavil Ave, not to mention within one minutes (if that) walk from the beach. If ever I am up that way again, that's where our family will be staying at. The complex is very well maintained and has the right mix of persons. Car park was handy. Nice fittings and furnishings within the room.

Also I was looking for a property that was not high rise and offered great facilities for the children and access to the pool etc was paramount in choosing the property. Had wonderful views and again central to everything.
