The Waterview Resort is perfectly located on Caloundra’s Esplanade, directly across from Bulcock Beach and parklands and only a minute’s walk from the main shopping, dining and entertainment precinct of Bulcock Street.
There are plenty of activities and amenities nearby, which offer something for all ages and interests. The calm, protected waters of Pumicestone Passage are ideal for water sports like jet-skiing, windsurfing and sailing, while Caloundra's many patrolled beaches are great for surfing and swimming. Also within close range of the Waterview Resort are lovely parks, playgrounds, cinemas and restaurants.

Getting There
The Waterview Resort is situated just around the corner from Caloundra’s bus interchange, a major Sunshine Coast interchange for local, regional and long distance and charter buses.
The resort is approximately 35 minutes from Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore) Airport, or 1 hour north of Brisbane Airport.
From Sunshine Coast Airport:
- Exiting the airport, turn right onto David Low Way
- Turn left at the roundabout onto the Sunshine Motorway (southbound lane)
- Veer right onto Nicklin Way
- Turn left onto Beerburrum Street, continuing straight through until you reach the T-junction at the end
- Turn left onto Queen Street, then take the first left onto Maltman Streeet South
- Continue straight onto Canberra Terrace, turning right at the roundabout onto Bulcock Street
- Turn right onto Knox Avenue; Waterview Resort is located at the end of this street, on the corner of Knox Avenue and The Esplanade.
From Brisbane:
- Take the Bruce Highway North, and turn off at the Caloundra Road exit
- Keep following Caloundra Road until it becomes Bulcock Street, Caloundra’s main street
- Turn right onto Tay Avenue, which becomes The Esplanade
- Turn left at Knox Avenue; Waterview Resort is located on the corner of The Esplanade and Knox Avenue.
