The apartment was clean, spacious and very nicely furnished. Had a great view of the water and was close to everything.

Quiet and relaxing balcony with interesting view over park and ocean.

Being self employed i rarely get a chance to get away. When we do as a family the Sunshine Coast and espeacially Caloundra is our favourite place. The position of Waterview apartments is excellent, a short walk and your looking at Happy Vallry and Kings beach that both provided some excellent surf while we were there. Shopping is easy, no need to move the car it's a nice walk into the town centre that has everything you need. My wife and daughters enjoyed the shops, movies and beaches. The weather was excellent, the apartment views 1st class. The heated pool provided some rest and relaxation to. The gardens at the back of the apartments were well maintained and very Queensland. The best apartments we have stayed in at Caloundra without question.

Close proximity to all services,Large spacious well appointed rooms both for being together and seperate time.Amazing position for viewing the whales and dolphins. Directly across from beach ammenaties and a park for children. I will come again it was very relaxing. Also the best kitchen I have seen in a holiday unit All the utencils you needed were provided
