Our apartment that was allocated to us was very clean. We received excellent service from onsite managers. The resort is modern and comfortable.

My stay was quite enjoyable, the resort was very accommodating and we were made to feel very welcome right from the start. The room was nicely furnished, with sufficient facilities and had almost a homely feel to it. The service provided was more than adequate without being intrusive. The location was great, right near the water, it's a little out from any major town centre but everything we needed was within a short car drive and this made for a peacefully quiet stay.

The Windsurfer was in a good location for us. We had a nice clean room and though the resort was well maintained. The room we had was small but adequate if you were not going to spend a lot of time in it.

The price was great as were the views and friendly service. I will definately stay here next time I come up to the Gold Coast. The accommodation was spacious, plenty of room for my two boys. With it's own laundry facility in the room as well ??? WOW. I have boys, they get pretty grubby, this was a god send to me, even though it was only a short stay. Right across from the water, not too far from anything. Great security car park. My stay was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Windsurfer for this experience.

On arrival we were thrilled with the service as we were a late arrival. The underground parking is marvelous and very convenient with a lift or stairs to the units. The Family Unit we had was very appropriate for the 3 generation age gap staying there. The unit was well set up for our stay with full kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit - no sharing. Very comfortable set-up, with a swimming pool and spa pool, but could swim across the road in the water if desired. Wonderful fitness/walking trail across the road, and childrens' playground just a short walk away in either direction.

Everything was very comfortable, the bed and lounge, and it is one of the few hotels/resorts where we have experienced absolutely no problems with the use and reception of the TV. We were also impressed with the reception person offering to find out about a coach pick-up service from our location and return to the Australian Outback Spectacular. This made our evening much more enjoyable by not having to drive.

Great facilities, clean, friendly and easy.

The resort is in a nice place and close to all amenities.

I liked the peace and quiet of the resort even for the time of the year. Well maintained property and very convenient to all of the Gold Coast. Secure undercover parking.
