The apartment itself was the best aspect, from its location to the furniture, layout and space. The apartment contributed to a very relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and the views are fantastic!

My daughter and I spent a week at Xanadu in November 2010 and had a wonderful relaxing holiday in this lovely property. Our 2 bedroom unit on the 18th floor was very well equipped and spotlessly clean, with great views of the ocean beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property and facilities were great, and the location was just across the road from the beach. We would highly recommend Xanadu as a place to have a great holiday if you are looking for good quality accommodation in a beach side position away from the business of Gold Coast, but still convenient to everything that the Gold Coast has to offer. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The room was fantastic and was complimented by the million dollar view. The facilities on site were excellent, in particular the indoor pool and spa.

The apartment was spacious and very light, the master bedroom had own balcony connecting to other living spaces. The view was mostly unobstructed and could see alot of the beach.

The view was amazing. Everything about our stay was great. Service was great on arrival an departure and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay an felt so relaxed on leaving. We could have easily stayed longer but had other commitments. Thank you so much for making our stay a as enjoyable as it was . Pool was awesome too.

We liked the location and large size of this appartment. We particularly enjoyed the large decked area and pools. The reception staff were friendly and extremely efficient. A very relaxing stay and this would be our first choice for accommodation on the Gold Coast.

Mint Xanadu's apartment was spacious and well appointed with modern, neutral furnishings and balconies from living area and main bedroom to ocean views. Walk in robe in the main bedroom was great for spacious storage of clothes and luggage; comfy bed and extra pillows in the room - without having to ask for them. A full size outdoor dining setting was a bonus. Mint was just a few minutes walk from trendy Tedder Avenue, with plenty of dining options, plus supermarket and other commonly used shops. Also nearby, beachside, was another cafe strip, as well as the surf lifesaving club only a 10 minute walk away, yet because the resort is at the end of a street, it doesn't seem to be a busy area. The reception staff were efficient and helpful with directions
