The Ginger Factory is a colourful place to visit on 27th - 29th January 2012 when they celebrate the very first of the ginger flowers beginning to bloom. A tropical paradise of exotic plants including the striking heliconias and facilitating displays to be enjoyed.
The Ginger Factory will be showcasing celebrity chefs Dominique Rizzo and Michael Jenkins, Japanese master chef Aki Kitabatake and Seafood Cooking School teacher Julie Ray. These talented cooks and chefs will be serving up delicious dishes themed around cocktails, barbecues, picnics and canapés.
