Food Wine & A Taste of Port

The region's best restaurants will be represented at Food Wine & a Taste of Port, with menus to dine for and the choicest of Australian and international beverages.

There'll be cool jazz crooners, gorgeous showgirls, and a classic Big Band - all shaken and stirred together with a yet-tobe-announced headline act (watch this space!). This food and wine festival is the premier social and cuisine event of Port Douglas Carnivale, and takes place under striking illuminated palm fronds on the foreshore at Rex Smeal Park.

Admission includes entry, pre-selected seating, all the quality bands and entertainment throughout the evening and a fireworks display. At booths inside the gate, guests can exchange cash or credit cards for vouchers of different denominations to present to the restaurant stalls to purchase beverages and food.

Vouchers can also be purchased prior to the night from Events NQ at their Sheridan Street Cairns head office. Get ready to 2 step and fox trot the night away!!
